Is SUVELO accounting software?
No. SUVELO helps organize receipt files and supporting records. It does not provide tax, legal, accounting, payroll, banking, financial advisory, or government filing services.
How does AI receipt review work?
When a user uploads a receipt image or PDF, SUVELO may draft details such as the title, date, amount, notes, and related record fields. The user reviews the draft before saving.
Does AI save records automatically?
No. AI can help draft receipt details, but users review and approve records before they are saved.
What is a workspace?
A workspace is the private business area where a company keeps its records, settings, invited users, receipt files, and exports.
Can multiple people use one workspace?
Yes. Team and larger workspaces can include multiple people. The workspace owner controls billing and approved invites.
Can I customize my workspace?
Yes. Workspace owners can customize workspace details, categories, tags, and record organization. Standard exports are available in the app. Custom export needs can be reviewed as quoted setup work for an additional fee.
Can SUVELO help set up my workspace?
Yes. If a business wants help setting up a workspace, SUVELO may offer custom setup for an additional fee. Custom export needs can be reviewed as quoted work during setup.
Can I export my records?
Yes. SUVELO supports record exports and receipt-file export access so businesses can keep copies of the information they need.
What happens if billing access pauses?
If payment access pauses, the workspace enters read-only access for a grace period. Users can view and export existing records, but new scans, uploads, edits, invites, and workspace changes are paused until billing is resolved.
How do I request access?
Request invite-only access through the SUVELO request page. SUVELO reviews requests before approving and setting up new workspaces.
